Hey speaking of baking....I have a good dip recipe (from my mother in law) for anyone looking for something tasty over the holidays. It's a mexican-y type dip that's hardy and Dee-licious. Anyone that's been to a part-ay with me would have tried it already....

Here 'tis:
Mexican Bean Dip

you'll need:
1 lb ground beef - browned and drained
1 tomato - diced
1 green onion - diced
1 can re-fried beans
2 packages softened cream cheese
1 package taco mix
2 cups shredded cheese (I like to use Kraft shredded tex-mex...saves the finger tips...lol)

Turn heat to low after browning the beef in a large skillet, add taco mix as per the package directions. Then add 1 can re-fried beans and stir until mixed. Add 2 packages soft cream cheese and mix until uniform.

Pour mixture into a shallow casserole dish, sprinkle shredded cheese and diced tomatoes and green onion on top. Put in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.

Serve with Tostitos scoops or your favourite nacho chip .....Enjoy!
