Recipe for Lasagna

1 lb. browned and drained ground beef
1 box oven ready noodles (this is key! or you'll be boiling them before hand)
1 can thick spaghetti sauce
1.5 cups shredded cheddar
1 container cottage cheese
1 container ricotta cheese
1 egg - beaten
salt and pepper
parsley

Combine in a large bowl ricotta, cottage, beaten egg, 1 tsp parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.

Pour and spread a small amount of sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. Lay noodles to cover bottom of dish. Cover noodles with browned beef and pour a layer of sauce over it. Do another layer of noodles. Cover noodles with cheese and egg mixture. Lay final layer of noodles, pour sauce over to cover and spread shredded cheddar on top. Sprinkle with 1 additional tsp. of parsley.

Bake at 360 for 70 minutes. Enjoy!

I just received my Kraft magazine today with an abundance of holiday recipes covering each page. I can't wait to sit down with a hot tea and flip through, picking out which new recipes I will try next....If you weren't convinced enough to sign up for this free magazine the last time I mentioned it, then you can view it online by clicking here. They also provide a link to sign up to receive it in the coming months....( they write 4 a year)I'm not sure if you'll receive the holiday magazine, but you can at least view it online.

Stratford turned out to be more of a work related trip than expected. The Hubs promised to devote a full day to this little city so we can browse, someday in the next couple weeks.
