I'm a little late getting this post off...

It's time for the May Day weight loss Challenge.

I think I can. I think I can.

It's only within the last 6 years that I've began to struggle with weight issues. I got married almost 6 years ago. See the connection? yessss.

So here I am, willing and ready....the weight loss goals are basically 30 lbs. BUT what's more important to me are how I feel in my clothes, how I look, and how I feel mentally. IF at 25 pounds down I feel wonderful...then so be it.

Cheers Ladies, here's to a fabulous next couple of months...

I have got to get serious with this too. I have more than 30 to go, but it's doable if I start watching what I eat and eat to live and not live to eat like I currently do and get motivated, I too can do this.

I'd really like to get it accomplished before I hit 40 and um, I'm running outta time.

I'm in on this one too. I didn't have issues until the past 6 or 7 years either. I just hate what the 30's have done to my metabolism! I know you can do it--I'm rooting for you!

Hey girls,

Well to answer your question Coach, I'm going to look at myself each morning sideways in a mirror..and if that doesn't spur me on, I don't know what will. I'm trying to eat smaller portions, and stay busy. Both of which don't seem too daunting...hopefully.
