Dentist Day...

He did so well. I think it helped that we had prepared by watching 'Caillou Goes to the Dentist" (over and over I might add). He enjoyed the moving chair and the tickley cleaning brush...the best part was when the hygienist was spraying his mouth after the cleaning, and he was giggling. She asked what he was laughing at and Gabe replied 'you sprayed my uvula!'. (You may remember him learning that word from this previous post)
Both the dentist and hygienist looked at me and said 'Did he just say what we think he said?'
Yes indeedy folks.
My 3 year old says uvula.

So cute!

I'm catching up after a wild week of baking, and it looks like you are back to blogging! I haven't gotten into canning, but it looks like you had a big time. Love the part about the kids pulling on your pajama pants! Sounds like me, LOL!

Hi there. I am Rebecca from Renaissance and I just discovered this blog and enjoyed myself so much I had to post.

First of all...I gotta say...I LOVED the profile information when you said you were a thin blonde in a big brunette's body. That cracked me up. And then about the blogworthy children. LOVE it!

I am a 'farmers wife' too, though my husband is a herd manager working on someone ELSE's farm. We haven't quite settled ourselves down yet with our dream little farmette quite yet. But someday our ship (er, I mean John Deere) will roll in.

From said profile information, I learned we are quite similar in other ways too. Um. Let's see...

My hubby and I are gonna be married five years August 24th.

I have a three year old.
And a one year old...

though they are the reverse of yours. Girl boy not boy girl.

And from your previous posts...we both enjoy canning! I don't know very many bloggers who can, so this is quite spectacular.

Well then. That is enough gushing.

Have a great day!
