Lasagna...

Today Mom and I delved ourselves into lasagna making. We made 16 lasagnas and they're now filling our freezers. It's so wonderful to have something on hand to pop in the oven on a work filled day, or to give to someone that's needing a break from cooking. Here's the pics...

We used the dining room table as our assembly line.

This is one of my favourite times, spending time with my mom talking. over food. We shared a tea while snapping noodles and pouring sauce and it was delightful, and for supper tonight?? you got it....homemade lasagna....Mmmm.
